Breaking Bread With Strangers

When I am asked to bring in food to share in a class, I almost always bring Homemade Tortilla Chips, with Fresh Guacamole and Fresh Salsa.  I choose to bring this because it is one of my favorite snacks of all times and because it is a snack that does not really require utensils.  It can be scooped on to a small plate or eaten directly from the bowls, depending on how those who are sharing it feel about germs!  No double dipping, of course!  It is also really impressive!  I have found that most people have never made their own chips, guac, and salsa from scratch.  They are used to eating it at restaurants or buying it pre-made at a grocery store, which can be good, but it is never as good as using fresh ingredients at home.
